This Privacy Policy explains how Inky ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

2. Information We Collect

Usage & Analytics Data

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App experience. This includes:

• Screens viewed and lesson progress
• Question responses (correct/incorrect, without personal identification)
• Daily goal settings and XP earned
• App performance metrics (load times, crashes)
• Device type, operating system version, and language preference

Purchase Data

If you subscribe to premium content, purchase information is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses).

Feedback Data

If you submit feedback through the App, we collect the message content and optionally your name and email if you choose to provide them.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymous usage analytics and event tracking. See Firebase Privacy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve the App's educational content
• Track your learning progress locally on your device
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience

• Manage subscriptions and premium access

5. Data Storage

Your learning progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Analytics data is processed by Firebase (Google Cloud) and Sentry. Purchase data is processed by RevenueCat and the respective app stores. We do not maintain a centralized user database.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purposes described in this policy.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is an educational tool suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data

Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the App. For data held by third-party services, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
