1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Inky mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Inky is an educational mobile application that provides bite-sized lessons in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The App includes interactive questions, progress tracking, and daily learning goals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored locally by the App. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your device in connection with the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer subscription-based access to premium content. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and processed by RevenueCat on our behalf.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including lessons, questions, explanations, graphics, and design — is owned by Inky and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Share, redistribute, or resell access to the App's content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the educational content is free from inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
